Response to Bernie O'hares blog

I was at the city council meeting and Ray O'Connell stated that he was a long time friend of Frank Concannon and was concerned if he would be able to fulfill his obligation to the citizens of Allentown. Mr. Guirdy agreed to contact him on what his future plan were going to be. Bernie makes it sound like Ray was cutting down Frank and that Julio was offended and had to come to Frank's defense and that is not how it was, there was no infighting or branding of anyones character so get the story out the right way or DON'T REPORT IT!
